Courageous!: I know you've been struggling for some time and really admire your ability to see that it may help to see a therapist. Try not to self diagnose. That's what they learn in years of school. Just describe what happens to you. Hopefully you'll learn how to manage the fears and feelings and ways to protect yourself as you grow. Medication may help too, but therapy the most! I wish you well!
