Urethritis: Could be simply trauma to the meatus/opening of the penis or could represent an infection such as urethritis from gonnorhea or chlamydia. See a doctor if the pain persists or there is discharge from you penis.

Probably normal: If intercourse involves the penis in contact with the cervix during deep penetration, this can lead to a little discomfort during urination after sex. If it is persistent, it may indicate a urethral infection.
