Can i do anything about hairloss after pregnancy?

Resume normal diet: With adequate protein intake and multivitamins. Supplements such as biotin have been advocated but largely unproven. While topical rogaine (minoxidil) may help, i would discourage its use especially if nursing.

See GP.: Consult with your family physician and continue your prenatal vitamins. Checking thyroid function and anemia tests is indicated and could shed light into the cause of your hair loss. A dermatology consultation may be beneficial if your gp reaches an impass.
