Gonorrhea: Reddish foreskin for 20 days is unlikely to be gonorrhea, gonorrhea would present most of the times with purulent genital discharge and when dissiminated one can see reddish pin point lesions overskin, gonorrhea can be treated with antibiotics such ceftriaxone, cipro( if not resistent), Azithromycin and other cephalosporin antibiotics.
