Gonorrhea: Gonorrhea often goes asymptomatic - no symptoms at all. That's why a lot of people go without treatment. In males, gonorrhea may present with pain during urination and discharge out of the penis. Sometimes, it may cause inflammation of the testicles and its structures. Untreated gonorrhea may cause narrowing of the urethra (strictures). In rare cases it may cause sepsis (blood infection).
