No!: Every single cigarette cuts out another 11 minutes of your life. A single smoke a day increases the stiffness of blood vessels in young people a whopping 24%. If you smoke at all you are at increased risk of cancer and heart disease. Darn those companies that sneak in sugar enhancers, extra nicotine, & other additives just to hook you harder than heroin--should you even buy their product anyway?

Smoking: At your age & being down to 1 cigarette a day, you are almost on your way to a healthier lifestyle. You would not regret having done so for long time. Stay healthy & off the habit.
