Can breakthrough bleeding from oral contraceptive lead to "reparative" changes on pap test?

Sometimes there are: Words on pathology reports that are more descriptive than useful. What we are mostly concerned about is whether there are pre-malignant cells, dysplasia, present. Bleeding should not be linked to "reparative changes" and it sounds like nothing to worry over, but I have never seen that word on a pap smear path report. I've seen many.

No: Unrelated--and "reparative" changes just means the cervix is repairing itself--something it's supposed to do.
