No: In general multiple scraping inside the uterus from evacuation and curretages (d&es) is permanent and can cause infertility.

Yes: This is called Asherman syndrome. There are procedures that can be done to remove this scarring, though the possibility of it returning is high (over 50% in some studies). If fertility is desired and this is what's keeping you from getting pregnant it is worth trying. I would recommend a hysteroscopic removal of these adhesions (scars).
