Yes: Adhesions can develop after a knee surgery which limit motion and can be removed (typically arthroscopically), however the reason for stiffness should be fully evaluated before considering this. Most common causes are malpositioned acl graft or inappropriate size or position of total knee components. If this is the case revision of the primary procedure is required.
