Not normal, common. : Is very common to bleed during the early part of pregnancy. Probably as many as 40% of women bleed at some point during their early pregnancy. Most of these pregnancies turn out fine but those associated with increased pain and bleeding will often be lost as a miscarriage. Certainly be checked as you may require Rhogam in addition there may be an infection, retained tissue, cervical cancer, etc.
