Call our doctor!: Antidepressants are supposed to help you feel better; if you feel worse, it is likely the wrong drugor dosage. Thee is a small risk of heart problems with citalopram in genetically susceptible persons. There can also be interference with your sleep which could produce tiredness and fatigue. 3-7% of persons cannot metabolize citalopram, and can get toxic on normal doses. Call your doctor!
