Sounds like it: Sounds like it could be an enlarged prostate which is fairly common as men age. See your physician for treatment options and an appropriate physical exam to make sure there is nothing else going on. Sometimes there are other more serious things that could be causing those kind of symptoms.

To continue, the wet spot (without traces) when I woke up could be semen leakage, prostatic or seminal vesicle fluid, urine or it can be sweat? I was told semen can leak in a small amount (I also do semen retention). So is this why it occured?
