Well...: Redo the test in 7/10 days if negative and/or you feel " different ", see your doctor for a blood pregnancy test and exam.

Not yet: The pregnancy tests currently available over the counter are very reliable. If you have done one and it is negative - then you are not pregnant, or you have conceived less than 10 days ago and the test will eventually become positive. You could wait at least 3 or 4 days to allow time for the pregnancy hormone to reach a detectable level before repeating the test.
