Heart rate varies: There is no one normal heart rate for pregnancy. In general as pregnancy progresses a woman's heart rate may increase gradually because of more blood flow need by the pregnancy. An unconditioned woman might have a higher heart rate at the same stage than a marathon runner so one number or consistent range of heart rate isn't able to be reliably given but over 120 beats per minute suspicious.
