Depends: It depends upon what the "fix" is. If you've been started on replacement for hypothyroidism, fertility can return quickly. If you've been treated for hyperthyroidism, it can take a little longer for you levels to drop to normal. Any other abnormality, such as a nodule, does not affect pregnancy or fertility as long as function is normal.
