Can i pop a blister after it has been burnt off with liquid nitrogen?

Blister: The only real risks with popping a blister induced by liquid nitrogen treatment is possibly introducing bacteria that might cause an infection and possibly causing a scar. Neither risk is very great, but are possible. If you keep it clean, use an antibiotic ointment, it should be ok.
