Yes, see below: Embryonal carcinoma is a rare but aggressive testicular tumor. It may be in the pure form or with mixed germ cell component, including yolk sac tumor when it has elevated AFP level. It can invade the surrounding lining of the testicle, invade the spermatic cord, spread to the regional lymph nodes, spread to other lymph nodes, to the lungs or other organs.
