Mild CKD and meds: Most medications with very mild chronic kidney disease will work in the same way and not need any dose reductions. There are a few, but the list is short, and typically your doctor will discuss the medications with you if they know you have chronic kidney disease.

Cialis in Stage 3: Patients with all stages of chronic kidney disease can take Cialis with no problems. Cialis cannot be used in men taking nitrates for cardiac disease. If you are not on these medicines, go ahead and take Cialis as often as you need to.
