What is the best suggested course for a child of 13 yrs to have healthy growth?

Eat healthy : Just cut down on unhealthy foods and exercise more. Eat fruit, veggies and drink organic soy milk and a lot of water. Avoid fizzy drinks. They contain high concentrations of sugar and the acid!
