A member asked:

Is it true if i excercise before bed time, i can lose more weight than doing it in the morning or mid day? thanks..

Far-fetched: Weight is calories in (eating, beverages) versus calories out (exercise, disease, daily living); there's nothing magic about time. I suspect this idea reflect the fact that you won't eat a lot if you go to sleep. The key is finding a fitness activity you like, and learning how to eat healthy. This is very commendable and i wish you the best with your athletic pursuits.
