Been having a lot of earache problems nd the other day i was waching my face nd i got stinging behind my ear n later it was ozzing nd now its crusty?

Discharge behind ear: Discharge behind the ear is not very common. A common cause is severe seborrheic dermatitis rash. Otherwise, most earache associated with discharge is due to an ear infection--either middle ear (otitis media) or external ear (swimmer's ear). The oozing and crusting of skin behind the ear suggests intense inflammation and/or infection. Treatment: cortisone cream and/or antibiotics.
