Last year i was diagnosed with fibromyalgia.i experienced a horrible pain then.drs. gave me effexor& lyrica75mg 1pill.pain 90%gone but now comes back?

Adjust meds: The Lyrica (pregabalin) works best if taken twice daily so try 75mg bid. Effexor dose may be fine, and this may be all that's needed. Make sure you are getting regular exercise, and also pay attention to stress management with relaxation exercises.

Body and mind: Lyrica (pregabalin) is fda indicated for fibromyalgia, so it appears to have helped. With any chronic pain disorder depression can set in, so Effexor may have helped with this component. Biofeedback could help additionally as a true mind-body treatment.
