Could be orthostatic: Certain BP medications can cause orthostatic hypotension (lowering of BP with postural changes) and dizziness.

It is probably BPV: Bpv( benign positional vertigo) this ia an annoying but benign condition as the name describes. It is a disease of the inner ear balance system. Can also happen from viral infections. Steroids may help. Certain exercises might also help. The condition may last from few days to several months.
