See a hand surgeon: Difficult to know if this is progressive or will reverse itself without an exam. A hand surgeon will be able to tell if this is nerve damage, scarring or tendon damage, and will be the best person to tell you the prognosis and advise therapy if needed. Good luck.

Maybe: You should try to massage the scar tissue to try to break up the scar formation. Also, rubbing vitamin e oil into the scar can sometimes help as well. If you can't find vit e oil, you can get vit e capsules and open them and use that. If it continues to pull or gets worse, see you md.

Tell your doctor: Physical therapy is very important for full use of your hands.
