Yellow pupils: I have never seen yellow pupils. And orange pee is most unusual. Call your primary care doctor for an appointment this week.

Possible jaundice: If you are referring to a yellowing to the normally white part of your eye as well as darker colored urine, you may have jaundice, which is a build up of bilirubin in the body, usually from liver problems. You should get evaluated by your primary care doctor.
