Usually not: The color of urine has more to do with your level of hydration. The darker the urine, the more concentrated it is; your body is reabsorbing more water from the urine, so is is a darker yellow. If you have adequate hydration, you do not need the excess water, and your body releases it as urine. In this case the urine is more clear.
