Stop taking it! and: First, stop taking the Percocet immediately. This may well still be an allergic reaction even without a rash. Call your prescribing doctor to let him\her know and request an alternative pain medication. In the meantime, you can take advil, motrin, aleve (naproxen) or what you normally take for a headache. Otc benedryl should control the itching. If symptoms worsen seek immediate medical care.

Stop taking the drug: Stop the medications immediately. If you are having severe breathing problems, shortness of breath or feel very faint, call 911. Call your doctor who prescribed the medication and ask for another type of pain medication. Consider taking benadryl (diphenhydramine).
