Muscle/ headaches: Headaches are diagnosed by history95% of diagnosis. You need write diary how why what when where.Anything may trigger it, poor sleep, poor posture, sustained upper neck trunk work at computer. History migraines? The more info bring to doctor easier it is diagnose. There exist trigger points or myotonic points in muscles. But need diagnosis.Physical therapy may help, massage, but diagnosis is key.

Mechanical traction: Mechanical cervical traction is great for neck muscle spasms that transmit to the scalp muscles and cause headaches. A trial can be done in physical therapy, and a home unit can be prescribed. Massage therapy works well also.
