Depends on cause: Helpful tips: going to sleep, when u actually feel sleepy. If not falling asleep within 1/2 hr, get out of bed and do something and then go to sleep, when sleepy. Total darkness, no noise. Comfortable room, bed and pillow.Not watching tv in bed. Not exercising or using increased amount of fluids / caffeinated beverages 2-3 hrs. Before sleep. Regular sleep cycle. Busy during day. Some tiredness.
