Perineal Abscess: Not normal. These are likely abscesses, especially if they are red and painful. Depending on the exact locations and other features, thy could also be something else. You should make an appointment with a local general surgeon to evaluate them, perhaps perform an i&d, and cross-cover with antibiotics - after taking a culture - you don't want to deal with a possible MRSA infection.
