Possible see yourgyn: U need a quant blood preg test, if + u will need a Progesterone level and a stat ultrasound to make sure it is not in the tube.

Post tubal: There is a failure rate of having had a tubal. If you feel that you are pregnant do a home test and follow up with a blood pregnancy test. Then schedule a gyn visit so that if you are pregnant you can be certain that you don't have a ectopic pregnancy.
