Possible: Yes that is one of the signs of a heart attack. Carpal tunnel syndrome is also a possibility.

Possible: Chest pain, neck pain, jaw pain, arm pain and numbness can all be associated with a heart attack. If the symptoms appear, it would be prudent to take it seriously and seek medical attention immediately.
