L5 Pars defect: A pars defect causes relative instability and the body 'braces' itself with muscle tightness and that can lead to a forward posture and relative loss of lordosis... The L5 is the problem, the lordosis can correct over time if the problem gets treated.... Typically with a fusion if all else fails (this is typically a very successful operation!) good luck!
