Pregnancy test?: It would be unlikely for you to feel the baby kicking until after you had missed 4-5 menstrual cycles ! if you are not pregnant, it could be 'gas' or a mild gastro-enteritis (intestinal flu) among other things... If it happens repeatedly, please see your healthcare provider !
