Hi doc i have a 16 month old baby boy but he looks very small for his age snd has a high belly is something wrong there?

Talk to his doctor: Your son's doctor has charts to compare his growth -- weight, length and head size -- to other children. They can also see how his growth has changed in the last few months and compare his general size to height of parents. They can tell you if there is anything to worry about and what changes to make in feeding, if anything. I doubt the high belly is anything to worry about but doctor can check.
