HPT: Do a home pregancy test, but it sounds like your period started early. 'implantation bleeding' certainly wouldn't be heavy like a period.

Possible: Pregnancy is always a possibility. Purchase and perform a home pregnancy test. It should be p[ositive by the time you're one week late. If it's negative, repeat it in 1 week.
