Many reasons: Your period is sensitive to many changes. After marriage, your daily routine probably has changed to adjust to a new partner. Intercourse (sex) also can change your daily routine. Check it out for another 3months, to see if a new pattern occurs. Mark the day you start your periodon a calendar each month, then look at the new pattern.
