Hello my 4 year old son has a fever with a headache now for 3 days. he looks dehydrated, dr gave him fever reducer but does nothing what is this?

Confusing question: Does he look dehydrated to you or the physician?Has he seen the physician today? Has he urinated in the past 6 hours? If he has not urinated in 8 hours & looks dehydrated he should see the physician today for an evaluation. I hospitalize kids for IV fluids if they are dehydrated.
