Polycystic ovaries: If you had ovarian drilling, most likely you have a diagnosis of polycystic ovaries/ or polycystic ovarian syndrome. If this is the case prior to surgery you might not have been ovulating. You might have had spontaneous ovulation. You should have a pregnancy test first. If negative and problem persist follow up with your gynecologist for further evaluation.
