Maybe gallbladder: Sounds like you had something that is getting better hopefully! many things can cause your stool to change color, including infections, what you eat and so on. However, gallstones can cause it as well, and can cause abdominal pain, nausea and skin color changes if they cause a blockage. If such spells are recurrent get seen. It is common to be weak after being ill, but be dure to stay/get hydrated.
