What is the earliest you can take a pregnancy test after a miscarriage?

1 month: Pregnancy hormone can stay in your body for a month or more depending on the miscarriage and how much and when tissue passed. If its been a month after all tissue has passed, you can probably rely on the pregnancy test. To be sure, serial blood tests with HCG levels can be more accurate.
