Short luteal phase: With a +opk ovulation happens in 24 hrs and your temperature rises. A triphasic chart has 3 levels of temperatures:pre-ovulation (97.0 to 97.5), post-ovulation or luteal (97.6 to 98.6), and then a 2nd rise around 7-10 days after ovulation (3/10's - 4/10's over the luteal high). Some women with these charts turn out to be pregnant. But many do not.
