Migraine: Your headache may be a migraine. Any new headache should be evaluated for cause by a doctor. The stress or worry over your pending surgery may have provoked a migraine, but all causes should be considered.

Not related: Okay to use tylenol (acetaminophen) and Motrin for your headache. Hydrate with extra oral fluids, particularly juices, tea with honey and broth. If your head ache does not resolve in a day then call your doc and your surgeon. They will guide you on a persistent headache.

No, but see below: Sounds like a migrainous event, and maybe associated due to oncoming stressful event, but no other conceivable relationship. Get the surgery out of the way, and, if headaches become frequent, get preventative program in place.

Probably not: These are not related except that the stress of having gall bladder problems and upcoming surgery can trigger headaches. Do you have any right shoulder or neck pain? Sometimes pain from the gall bladder can refer up to the right shoulder. That can lead to spasming in the trapezius muscle which could trigger a headache or migraine. Good luck!
