Okay overall: Fingerstick sugars will not be the same as blood sugars for a number of reasons. The most likely is that none of the glucose monitors is that precise. A 10-15% variation is considered acceptable. A fasting glucose under 100 is normal, as is a hba1c under 5.7%.

Measure differently: Fingerstick blood sugars and lab tests measure different thing and commonly the fingerstick values can be 10-20% off. Your a1c is in the normal range - so there's no lab evidence of diabetes at the present time.
