My 14 yr old daughter has tpo(ab) 33high ref.int-0-26;tsh-0.0776(ref.int. 0.450-4.50), t4, free(direct) of 1.29(0.93-1.60)thyroxine glob. 21: problem?

Recheck tsh: The only one of those labs that's of any significance is the suppressed tsh, which may show either recent thyroid inflammation (thyroiditis) or early hyperthyroidism. It should be followed at intervals by your physician. If she's receiving thyroid replacement already, the dose should be decreased.
