Pulsatile Tinnitus.: Requires non urgent evaluation probably by ENT specialist. This kind of pulsatile tinnitus has been associated with vascular abnormalities and vascular disease so this needs to be excluded.

Can hear heartbeat: You are simply hearing the blood coursing through arteries around your ear. In a quiet environment, it is possible to hear your pulse, your stomach gurgling, etc. If in doubt, see your physician for a check up.
