Low abdomen could be an ovarian cyst, bladder infection, constipation, uterine cramping among other issues such as appendicitis, upper abdomen could be gallstones or esophageal reflux. If fever worsens, or no improvement, get seen. You may benefit from tylenol (acetaminophen) or ibuprofin if low abdominal cramping pain and u may benefit from birth control.Gdluc.
