Whose diagnosis?: I have not seen your specimens, but functional bowel syndrome can produce this kind of stool that can be mistaken for worms, and there are charlatans that will show you things to make you believe you have worms. If my suspicions are ill-founded, please forgive me. Any ethical physician would tell you what kind of worm you have when showing it to you.
