Why so sure about AF: At age 28, it'd be most unusual that you have afib. In healthy youths, af may occur after alcohol consumption or sometimes during sleep, but that type of af is usually self terminating. Rarely, af in youth can be familial. If you're indeed in continuous af, you should see your doctor.
