NPQ: Not sure why you think that. Pretty unusual in an otherwise healthy and young individual. However, you should report the symptoms and consider obtaining the right type of monitor to disclose your suspicion. This will of course immediately disqualify you from consideration of flight status. Npq.

Why so sure about AF: At age 28, it'd be most unusual that you have afib. In healthy youths, af may occur after alcohol consumption or sometimes during sleep, but that type of af is usually self terminating. Rarely, af in youth can be familial. If you're indeed in continuous af, you should see your doctor.
