Unlikely but possibl: With pcos it is likely you do not ovulate regularly. Bleeding with pcos can be very irregular, and is the most likely reason for the bleeding you describe. However many women with pcos ovulate sometimes, and it's possible that you are. A pregnancy test is appropriate. You should also see a gynecologist for treatment of the pcos. There are many good options available.
